The 700 H Street location is inside the Sacramento County Administration building downtown at the corner of 7th Street and H Street. Payments are accepted on the first floor at the Department of Finance Public Counter.
Additional payment location is on the 1st Floor at 10481 Armstrong Ave., Mather, CA 95655.
